Speak into the microphone and iGetting Audio will record the sound. Start playing a video and iGetting Audio will record the sound. Start listening to an online radio station in your media player and iGetting Audio will record the sound. Whatever sound you hear when on your computer, Tenorshare’s iGetting Audio will record it. And it will record it without quality loss.

The system requirements for running iGetting Audio are: 1GHz 32 or 64-bit processor, 256MB of RAM (1GB recommended), 1GB of free disk space, Windows operating system (XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1).
If your PC meets these system requirements, it won’t have any problems running iGetting Audio.

Launch iGetting Audio and you will be presented with a prompt that presents the following options: record online audio, record audio input, schedule recordings to be run automatically, play recording, identify recording.

After that you will be presented with the application’s main interface. It presents the following options: manage all the recordings in your library, play any recording, view and edit a recording’s details, add recordings to the playlist, identify recording, start recording sound.

An always-on-top floating panel is presented, by default, in the upper right hand corner of the screen. As it is a floating panel, you can take it and place it anywhere you want. But that’s not the important part. The important part is that you can use this floating panel to start recording sound. It must be mentioned here that the recorded sound can be saved as MP3, AAC, WMA, M4R, OGG, WAV, APE, or FLAC.

iGetting Audio is free to use for a trial period of 7 days. You will be reminded of this fact every time you run the trial version.

Record sound from any audio source on your PC. Save the recording as MP3, AAC, WMA, M4R, OGG, WAV, APE, or FLAC. Manage the recordings, identify them, add them to your iTunes Library. All these features are covered by Tenorshare iGetting Audio.

Pros

Modern and even older PCs will easily meet iGetting Audio’s system requirements; you won’t have any problems installing the application on a PC that meets said requirements. Record sound from multiple audio sources. Multiple formats are supported for the output. There’s a handy scheduler. You can easily manage all the recordings.

Cons

Trial limitations: 7-day trial, nag screen.
